3.2 One Account Policy. Each player is permitted to maintain only one (1) signaph account. 4.2 You agree to provide signaph with such documentation as may be requested to verify your identity, age, address, and payment methods. Acceptable documents include, but are not limited to: government-issued photo identification (e.g., Philippine passport, driver's license, SSS/GSIS ID, PhilSys National ID), proof of address, and payment method verification documents.
4.3 signaph reserves the right to suspend or restrict your account pending completion of KYC verification. Withdrawals will not be processed until KYC verification has been successfully completed.
4.4 Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent documentation during the KYC process constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all balances.
5.1 Accepted Payment Methods. signaph accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI (Bank of the Philippine Islands), BDO (Banco de Oro), and Metrobank. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱).
5.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is ₱50. Minimum and maximum deposit limits may vary by payment method and are subject to change at signaph's discretion.
5.3 Withdrawal Requirements. Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions: (a) your account must have completed KYC verification; (b) any applicable bonus wagering requirements must have been met; (c) the withdrawal must be processed to a payment method registered in your name that matches your signaph account details.
5.4 Processing Times. signaph endeavors to process withdrawal requests within one (1) to three (3) business days, subject to verification requirements. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed faster than bank transfers.
5.5 Transaction Limits. signaph reserves the right to impose minimum and maximum transaction limits. Players may also set their own deposit limits through the Responsible Gaming tools available in their account settings.
5.6 signaph does not accept deposits from third parties. All funds deposited must originate from a payment account registered in the name of the signaph account holder.
6.1 signaph may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotional incentives to registered players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, validity periods, and game restrictions, which will be communicated at the time the bonus is offered.
6.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they or any associated winnings can be withdrawn. 7.1 All games offered on the signaph platform are governed by individual game rules, which are available within each game. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and specific game rules, the specific game rules shall prevail with respect to that game.
7.2 RNG Certification. All non-live casino games on signaph use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure that game outcomes are genuinely random and fair. signaph's RNG systems are subject to regular independent testing and certification.
7.3 Live Dealer Games. Live dealer games are streamed in real time from professional studios. The outcomes of live dealer games are determined by physical game elements (cards, roulette wheels, etc.) and are not subject to RNG software.
7.4 In the event of a technical malfunction or disconnection during a game, signaph's system logs will be used to determine the outcome. signaph's decision in such matters is final.
7.5 signaph reserves the right to void any bet or game round where there is evidence of technical error, software malfunction, or any other irregularity that may have affected the integrity of the game outcome.

11.3 signaph does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. signaph shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from platform downtime, technical errors, or interruptions beyond its reasonable control.
11.4 You acknowledge that online gaming involves financial risk and that you participate entirely at your own risk. signaph is not responsible for any financial losses incurred through your use of the platform.

13.2 Upon termination of your account for cause, signaph reserves the right to forfeit any bonus balances and, where fraud or illegal activity is established, any real-money balances in your account.
13.3 You may close your signaph account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (subject to verification requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method.
